Infant suffers in custody of ACS

Nineteen-month-old Dakota Jubb (b.6-25-05) was taken from his father by
Administration of Child Services (ACS) on January 10th, 2007. A first
visitation was eight days later after providing no information about the
child’s health and well being. His father, Dr. David Jubb noted as one of
the world\'s top naturalists was said he found his child Dakota in a city
hospital in seriously deteriorated physical and emotional condition. Dakota
condition has been described by witnesses as a growing concern. A volunteer
at the hospital described the scenario. \"The infant seemed perfectly
healthy when he was brought into the hospital and now a week later we find
the child disoriented, withdrawn, dehydrated, drugged and traumatized by
abandonment.\"

Dakota’s body and civil rights have been violated. He is suffering as a
result of government mishandling and ACS is to blame.

This on-going abuse by ACS is harming the child. It must stop now. Dakota Jubb must
be returned to his home immediately. Dakota’s father, Dr. David Jubb, is deeply
concerned for the care of his son; so far, his complaints have gone unheard and his
rights as the parent and legal guardian have been robbed of him. Dubious allegations
against the father have created this and now the child is suffering. The mother was
unavailable for comment.

Dr. Jubb is a well known child advocate and has been a supporter of increased
funding for ASC to improve services. He has noted many improvements which might be
made with the system. Can you help us please?
