announced today the addition of hyper-growth expert, Cameron Herold. Herold, the

Door’s advisory board, will serve as Executive Vice President of Corporate
Development.

Herold’s main focus at Nurse Next Door will be to develop a framework that will
accelerate revenue growth and profitability and help ensure the company’s goal of
building a leading senior care franchise system with an international reach becomes
a reality.

system-wide sales in 2000 to 310 franchises and over $100M in system-wide sales in
2006. Since leaving the company in late 2007, Herold is focused on helping other
entrepreneurs’ dreams become reality.
