This service is a customized version of XCome’s XLive digital lifestyle aggregation platform and is unique from other mobile offerings because through the light java client which supports both low and high end handsets, it enables the promotion and easy discovery of mobile services as diverse as online movie ticket bookings, real-time news feeds, and Windows Live™ Messenger for Mobile.
In XCome’s partnership with Chunghwa Telecom to provide the mCool service, the seamless integration with Chunghwa Telecom’s billing systems allows the offering of flexible price plans for its subscribers to meet different subscribers’ ideal price points. XCome will continue to provide innovative features. Currently included in the service is the convenience of live update which will automatically upgrade users to the latest edition of the mobile software. Next year, XLive will support additional value-added services such as Hotmail, unified address books and social networking tools.
