Under the program the company will provide special phone call coverage during company holiday parties.

Under the special “Holiday Answers” program, the first twelve Ventura County law firms to sign up will receive free receptionist answering (up to 60 minutes) on the day the holiday party is scheduled. Phone calls will be answered offsite at Alert’s corporate facilities by the company’s award-winning professionals who will answer in the law firm’s name, take messages, collect caller information and email messages to the law firm contact. Additional law firms seeking phone coverage will receive special holiday rates during December.
Area law firms with higher call volume needs due to anticipated absences of administrative professionals or receptionists can also sign up for the “Holiday Answers Plus” program (up to 250 minutes for $200).
“We think this is a great way to provide law firms with ‘peace of mind’ during the busy holidays,” said Starr. “Attorneys can give their clients a gift that clients don’t often get during the holidays: A real person they can speak with.
