Press Release Body: RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico (Nov. 28, 2007) -- Rio Mar Beach Resort
& Spa, the popular Puerto Rico luxury resort, has begun a $40 million capital
improvement project to upgrade its casino, meeting rooms, guest room beds &
televisions, public areas, restaurants, golf courses and landscaping.

This project at the Puerto Rico beach resort includes $4.7 million in completed
renovations to the 7,000 square foot Rio Mar Casino, including new slot machines
carpeting, chairs, tables and a redecorated Players Lounge.

The Puerto Rico beach resort will soon begin a $1 million project to upgrade its
48,000-square-foot Oceanfront Conference Center, home to the largest ballroom in the
Caribbean, including replacement of wall coverings, curtain walls and millwork, and
banquet chairs and tables.

The two, 18-hole championship golf courses at this Puerto Rico luxury resort – Tom &
George Fazio’s Ocean Course and Greg Norman’s River Course – will undergo $4 million
in upgrades, and another $1.7 million will be invested in engineering upgrades.

In conjunction with those projects, the Puerto Rico beach resort has revamped the
menu at its Northern Italian-inspired Palio’s restaurant with the help of Gaetano
Palmeri, chef and owner of the award-winning Gaetano’s Ristorante in Las Vegas.

IMPRESSIVE PUERTO RICO LUXURY RESORT RENOVATIONS WON’T INTERRUPT GUEST EXPERIENCE

“While the renovations are impressive, they will certainly not be intrusive to the
guest experience because most upgrades will be reflected in soft goods, like the
recent bedding enhancements, and aesthetic improvements around the resort,” said
Mark Stevenson, managing director of the resort.
