Orman for Senate Campaign Raises More Than $457,000 in Fourth Quarter Filing

fourth quarter filing totals, amassing $457,269 with $451,100 cash on hand.

John Marvin, finance chair of Orman for U.S. Senate, said that the numbers
illustrate the growing momentum of this campaign. \"We want to express our gratitude
to our supporters and financial contributors. This is a great start and we look
forward to another excellent quarter.\"

Orman\'s Federal Election Commission report is from October 1, 2007 to December 31,
2007. Orman filed his candidacy December 5, 2007. The fourth quarter filing totals
represent less than one month of active fundraising.

Greg Orman is a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Kansas. The Olathe
businessman and entrepreneur founded Environmental Lighting Concepts, a company
dedicated to assisting business in becoming more energy efficient. He moved the
company to Kansas in 1997 and sold 70 percent of the company to KTL Energy
Services., a subsidiary of Kansas City Power & Light. Orman subsequently led Denali
Partners and directly assisted numerous small businesses in their efforts to grow
and compete in the global marketplace.
