Press Release Body: DETROIT- Someone may metaphorically throw a life preserver to
help those in the Metro Detroit area who are homeowners, those who want to be a
homeowner or those who may lose or have lost their home. Angela Vincent, President
of the Detroit Investment Group, LLC (DIG) based in Detroit, felt compelled to take
action in her own way to help alleviate or potentially prevent the housing pain so
many people have been experiencing lately.

Mrs. Vincent, an experienced realtor and investor will kick-off her first of six
monthly, speaker series workshops which start Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 12:00 p.m.
to 3:00 p.m. at the Northwest Activities Center located at 18100 Meyers Road in
Detroit, Michigan. The cost for the event is $15 for individuals, $20 for couples.

Subsequent monthly “Real Talk about Real Estate hosted by Angela Vincent” speaker
series (speaker TBA) will be held every second Saturday of the month. Future topics
