Press Release Body: (MYRTLE BEACH, SC) - Fratelli’s Café (formerly Caruso’s) located
at 4700 Highway 17 Bypass South in Myrtle Beach has opened under new ownership along
with a new name. The experienced restaurant management team of Michael Palermo and
Dave Marcus, both long-time Myrtle Beach residents, are excited to continue the
tradition of their predecessors at this location (Rossini’s and Caruso’s) in
offering genuine New York inspired Italian cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere.

According to Michael, the community has been very welcoming - “Dave and I are amazed
at the wonderful support we have received from the local community. Many of our
customers remember when the restaurant was Rossini’s and are glad to see we are
continuing with the former owners’ traditions of providing excellent food with
exceptional personal service that was Rossini’s trademark.”

found during dinner which is Monday through Saturday beginning at 4:30 pm.

As Dave and Michael say, “famiglia ed amici benvenuti - mangi bene” or “welcome
family and friends – eat well.”
