Buy Indian Properties organized by the CineMaya Media Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CNMY) targeted the burgeoning and lucrative market of prospective Canadian buyers in Toronto at the International Center on Saturday, May 31 and June 1, 2008. The event was inaugurated by Deepak Obhrai, Member of Parliament and Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Affairs Minister and to the Minister of International Cooperation and the Indian Consul-General, Satish Mehta. Organizers also launched the Buy Indian Properties magazine, a publication dedicated to real estate in India.

Its influence can now be widely seen in all facets of the Canadian mosaic. Having established themselves, this community is playing a vital role in the real estate market. I would say that the South Asian community is now expanding their real estate interests from Canadian shores to India, some looking to buy a home in the country of their birth and others with the idea of setting up a base for their commercial ventures,\" said Obhrai as he cut the ribbon for the inauguration ceremony held on the morning of May 31. Exhibitors include TATA Housing, Lodha Group, Hiranandani, Sheth Developers, Sternon, HSBC, Venus, Allcheckdeals.com, AD Real T amongst others offering lucrative locations in New Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and several other cities across India. \"The future belongs to India,\" said Nayan Padrai, President of CineMaya Media Group. \"India\'s economy is growing at 9 per cent and investing into real estate is very lucrative right now. We wanted to facilitate real estate opportunities for the burgeoning Indian Canadian community, currently over 1 million and termed as one of the largest in the Greater Toronto area. At this Expo, developers met face to face with buyers who had the option to choose the hottest properties from major regions across India. Options started at Rs. 25 lakhs to Rs. 50 crores and we also had NRI Home Loan providers on site to provide consultancy and loans.\" The Expo will now travel to Houston from June 4 to 5 at the Stafford Centre Performing Arts Theatre and Convention Centre and then moves to New Jersey to be held at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center on June 7 and 8...........
