Press Release Body: Please be advised that we are in the process of developing an ACT Booking Request Form. The form will be available in hard copy, email and online format, which means that you will have the option to complete a hard copy format and submit via fax or post, or an email version, or simply login to the website and complete and submit the form online. The form will be available for use in due course so please do look out for notices to that effect.
We believe that the introduction of this form will streamline the request and booking process and ensure improved service delivery to you, our valued member. The concept is that you will submit a Booking Request Form, detailing your preferences with regards to accommodation required, allowing us to accurately record and load your requests.
This process will mean that your time spent on calls is reduced and the consultant has a written record of your request to facilitate efficient processing. You will receive confirmation of your request having been received and actioned within 24 hours. The consultant to whom your request has been allocated will liaise with you and advise you of your options as they become available.
