N. Chammas and Manuel E. Pravia have been named directors in its tax and accounting
department. Chammas and Pravia previously served as senior managers at MBAF.

Chammas specializes in financial and tax reporting, tax consulting and devising tax
strategies, as well as evaluating clients’ financial and tax conditions and
representation before the IRS for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He
maintains a diverse client base spanning many industries including sports and
entertainment, banking and restaurants. He is a certified public accountant,
licensed in Florida, Georgia and Massachusetts, and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (FICPA) and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public
Accountants.

Pravia has 17 years of accounting experience, with particular focus in financial
institutions, insurance, international tax and corporate tax accounting issues.
Pravia is a certified public accountant, licensed in Florida and is a member of the
AICPA and FICPA. He is also a member of FICPA’s Federal Taxation Committee. Pravia
is an adjunct professor in the Florida International University School of
Accounting, and serves the local community through his work with United Way of
Miami-Dade and the Ford Salute to Education Scholarship Committee.
