Moms Get Pumped for World Breastfeeding Week, August 1-7

Released on: July 17, 2008, 11:28 am

Press Release Author: Adrienne Hedger, Author

Industry: Entertainment

Press Release Summary: From 2 a.m. feedings to milk-stained shirts, authors Shannon
Payette Seip and Adrienne Hedger are giving new moms a much-needed dose of laughter
with their new book, If These Boobs Could Talk.

Press Release Body: Ahh...The joys of breastfeeding. Your boobs are the size of
Mount Everest. Wait...for all you know, your boobs might actually be Mount Everest!
With more than 70 percent of new moms attempting to breastfeed (and enduring
engorgement and sleepless nights in the process) a dose of humor is much needed.

That’s why Shannon Payette Seip and Adrienne Hedger have written the new book, If
These Boobs Could Talk: A Little Humor to Pump Up the Breastfeeding Mom (Andrews
McMeel Publishing, $12.99, March 2008).

A fresh and humorous angle for World Breastfeeding Week (August 1-7), If These Boobs
Could Talk dishes out some helpful humor that will uplift even the most deflated
moms, including:

What to do if you’re leaking with no baby in sight
How to console a rejected breast
Alternative uses for nursing pads
How to find your inner hottie

So, remember moms, the next time your engorged boobs get you down, pump yourself up
with If These Boobs Could Talk. A little humor really does go a long
way...especially in the middle of a 2 a.m. feeding!
