The Samsung 470 series Solid State Drives (SSDs) are capable of speeding up a huge range of computing tasks, from booting up to running applications and accessing data. Unlike older hard drives, SSDs do not have any moving parts which offers a number of benefits over traditional hard disc drives (HDD). Raw speed is at the heart of these devices.
