A chance to enjoy a new performance of Arthur Miller's classic play Death of a Salesman awaits people visiting Devon next month.

The Little Theatre in Torquay is preparing to stage the drama between Saturday February 11th and Saturday February 18th, when its resident acting company will bring the acclaimed 1949 work to life.

Death of a Salesman, which premiered in New York and received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1949, has been adapted for film and television on several occasions.

It tells the story of Willy Loman, an unstable and increasingly unsuccessful travelling salesman who dreams of his son Biff becoming a prosperous businessman.

Performances at the Little Theatre, which is located on St Marks Road, are due to begin at 19:30 GMT each night.
